Nurturing Healthy Bodies and Resilient Minds
A young person cannot flourish if their health and well-being are at risk. We address critical health challenges facing Uganda’s youth, with a special focus on sexual and reproductive health and rights. By combining knowledge with economic empowerment, we help young people make informed, positive decisions about their bodies, their relationships, and their futures.
Our Approach
We create safe, non-judgemental spaces for young people to access life-saving information and support. Our integrated model links health education with livelihood opportunities, recognising that economic stability is key to long-term well-being and a shield against exploitation.
Key Objectives
-
To improve knowledge and awareness of sexual and reproductive health among adolescents and youth.
-
To combat the root causes of teenage pregnancy, child marriage, and HIV/AIDS through education and empowerment.
-
To promote overall well-being by integrating health education with economic strengthening activities.
