Vocational Training Initiative – NOYU Self-Funded (Since 2018)

Vocational Training Initiative – NOYU Self-Funded (Since 2018) - Noble Youth Foundation, Uganda

Equipping Vulnerable Youth with Employable Skills

Project Description:

Since 2018, NOYU has powered this entirely self-funded initiative to equip the most vulnerable youth with marketable skills. NOYU targets child mothers, street children, and youth living with disabilities – those most often left behind.

Through NOYU’s training centres and dedicated instructors, over 200 youth have received certified instruction in tailoring, bakery, shoe making, and hairdressing.

NOYU does not stop at training; we provide start-up toolkits and ongoing mentorship so graduates can launch their own small businesses and achieve genuine self-reliance.

Funding:

  • Noble Youth Foundation (NOYU) – Self-Funded Initiative
This project is powered entirely by NOYU’s own resources and the generosity of individual donors. It demonstrates NOYU’s unwavering commitment to action, even where external donor funding is not available.
